GENERAL INFORMATION, INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE BELOW
Commercial/Industrial Hot/Cold-Water High-Power Blaster/Steamer to HIRE. You can use on cold only water with power. For up to 140c you must have the diesel power switch on.
The blaster is available Dry hire, or possibly I can organise help with labour
Minimum Dry hire is 4hrs
Drainage plus sewage pipe clearing 30mtr hose with various jets available too
I believe this unit is probably the only available industrial/commercial high pressure/hot water with extreme hot 120/140 Celsius degrees blaster available over in central Akaroa/Peninsula, so easy to operate so close to use/hire collect central Akaroa
THE UNIT
Water Pressure 4000psi +
On cold water you only require 240v power, cord supplied
Temperature high heat 120/140 + Celsius from the diesel heater unit must turn on at the unit
Power 240v single phase [std 3 pin plug/15 amp cord with fuse switch]
Genset the generator option is 91 octane only [genset available for sites with no power]
Small narrow registered trailer with two loading ramps plus winch for ease to load on/off trailer [ note: two people to unload unit lock small front wheels prior offloading with the locked/pins in ramp locked in place] very few times you need to get the blaster off the trailer, so easy to manoeuvre small trailer around on the jockey wheel, plus the lengths hose/power cord plenty of distance.
Trailer with its narrow width, jockey wheel so easily to manoeuvre into tight narrow spaces with ease, one person obviously on a flat surface to manoeuvre
EQUIPMENT
Commercial adjustable lance/nozzle/s, heat resistant trigger gun, heat resistant certified 15mtr outflow hot temperature industrial certified hose to the lance/trigger gun to unit
Contained blaster unit a detergent reservoir for your use, to supply your own detergent, acid wash or any harsh fluid, lower pressure if required for soapy washdowns, or fragile areas, TRY 1ST ON LOWER HEAT/PSI.
Add your own acid wash or de-greasing detergent or whatever detergent into the fluid container
Sewer/drainage/drain unblocking too.
Please ask for the additional hose/jets, all in the standard hire

30mtr from the tap to the unit it can be extended, standard household outside tap fittings supplied with the unit
POWER
50mtr 3pin standard household certified commercial power cord rated with 15amp power circuit fuse, 3pin male plug to your household 240v mains supply
TRAILER
Registered/warranted
lockable once in place, drop off ramp to get the unit on/off the trailer, easily with locking safety winch to drop the blaster on/off the trailer
Complete with low ratio winch to unload, front jockey wheel for ease to move the trailer around, wheel wedge blocks for the trailer on a slope please
IDEAL FOR
Driveways, tiled or patio external areas, gutters outside drains, unblocking pipes/drains, blockwalls, buildings of all types surfaces, painted surfaces to fully remove loose paint or further coats with higher heat, boat hulls/decks/greasy bilges with ease on hot, deck cleaning, oil grease traps/spills,
engines, machinery, farm machinery, various plant, all types de greasing on extreme 140c, heavy duty industrial cleaning, drains blocked, pathways/driveways,
paint stripping, moss and mould removal, roofs with lichen, rust removal, you name it...... with commercial acid wash to the internal blaster dispenser unit, turned on 140c heat, you should strip virtually any surfaces back

QUICK EASY SETUP OPERATING
5 minute set up, on/off switch is power only on cold blast, turning the burner switch on wait 2 minutes to heat up, the diesel hot water unit once started you can adjust dial temperature, then ready to blast away..... very easily handled all by one person
You can turn the blaster pressure/temperature to your suiting with what to blast, hot switch or on/off setting for cold on only, 240v mains supply.
NOTE
Be careful for a start, not too harsh not for a start on high settings.... until you are set happy with the exact pressure plus the temperature required for the job
FUEL, for on hot blast the unit is DIESEL, usage of diesel is approximately 4 litres per hour only on hot blast.
Genset/Generator is
91 OCTANE ONLY, both units fuel reservoir must be returned refilled full please prior to your return, on a dry hire only, plus the yellow diesel portable container if used
EQUIPMENT
Must come back in the condition of the hire, plus hoses, jets, equipment
Short clips video below, stripping the paint rust off my old trailer it took 15mins to blast the badly surface rust/paint back, then cold galv 2 coats painted and completed all in less one day of work
